There was something in the way the bullies always showed up in movies and cartoons that always made me both fearful and exasperated for the main characters as a kid. Now that I'm older, I freely admit there's something cartoony and fun about it for me, especially since Rocky falls into about 9 or 10 Loony Toon Bad Guy Stereotypes.
...But I still think it would be a good idea for Sarah to turn around.
