Sarah is Caitlin's new neighbor, is very sweet-natured and fairly mature for her age. Sarah is at the top of her class in school, and is well-known for being incredibly bright. Sarah's hobbies include cheerleading, martial arts, and reading.
Sarah's relationship with Caitlin is a complicated one. She frequently falls victim to Caitlin's pranks and obnoxiousness, but that doesn't mean she takes it sitting down: if getting Caitlin back with an equally clever prank doesn't work, she can always pummel Caitlin into submission. Sarah recognizes a cry for attenion when she sees it, and between the pranks and nose flicks does what she can to smooth over some of the animosity between the two.
